Hi friends!!
Hope you all are enjoying the Christmas season! :)
Well, its been more than a month since I posted anything. Actually I started making 3 cards but could not complete them, don't know why :(
But right now I have another card to show you. I managed to complete it anyhow. :)
I made this "Jar of wishes" card for a very dear friend of mine on her birthday. Here's my card.
Hope you will like it. :)
Thanks for stopping by!!
Love,
Ayushi :)

I have reused many things here, like, you can see the tag, it was a price tag, the base of the card is a paper from bed-sheet packaging, the lid of the jar is a corrugated cardboard and it was also in the packaging. I just coloured it with grey poster colour. All the flowers are handmade without using punches. And to make the rose I used pale and deep pink chart paper to give it a natural look. I saw this tip at lovely Dr. Sonia's blog. She shares amazing tutorials on her blog :)
And yes, one more thing, I tried "faux silk technique" but it is not properly visible here. I drew the pattern on the white tissue paper using sketch colours, crumpled the paper then glued it to the base. I saw this technique first time on Pooja's blog and she made this card for Technique time tuesday as a Guest Designer. She did an amazing job using this technique. Now, have a look at some more clicks of the card. :)
Hope you will like it. :)

Love,
Ayushi :)
